Better but still not good enough

This version has a much less confusing UI and handles privacy restrictions better.
One fatal problem: it still leaves the Location Services indicator on solid despite needing LS only rarely.
A minor issue: not enough width is provided for the lock screen weather, which includes your citys name, so it is cut off.
