Lock Info App Reviews

I was considering JailBreaking again, but this latest update made it unnecessary! The new lock screen and event preferences are a real life saver.

Apple should be embarrassed to allow such a buggy and amateur app like this. It has worked once for me for about 10 minutes. But now my lock screen is blank and my GPS has been on constantly for the last 30 minutes draining my battery. Not a good replacement by any means for some other similarly named apps out there that worked just fine.

It does exactly what I wanted an app to do and more, its amazing! Love the latest update.

I have been using Lock Info since it first came out. It did what it was supposed to and is even better with the update. The developer is responsive to recommendations and really wants the user to get the best experience. Lock Info is the only app of its kind in the App Store that can provide real-time updates of your calendar, reminders and weather directly on your lock screen. There is a setting page where you can tweak how often the weather is refreshed or switch to manual mode. You cant go wrong with Lock Info. I recommend it especially for those who want to view their calendar and weather right from the lock screen.

...you cant have location services on and tell me its not draining the battery! Theres really no need for it. Let me pick a single location, and the app can update the weather throughout the day. Or even give us the option to turn it off! You claim that manual updating turns off location services, but it doesnt. Seriously, just let us pick a single location and allow us to turn off location services. I will give this app a glowing 5 star review then!

Downloaded the app and nothing comes up on my lock screen? It shows up on the agenda in the app but not on my lock screen! Please help!

The lock screen would look so much less congested without "Lock Info" written at the beginning of every single date... Why cant we have just the date and events without the "Lock Info" line at the beginning of each one??? Just too much clutter in my opinion. Many more events could be seen without scrolling. Make a spot at the top or the bottom of the app for the name sake. Most paid apps do not include adds or advertisement. Again, just a thought, seems a bit like overkill.

Like the prior post, I couldnt agree more. I paid for the app, I dont need, nor do I want it to say "lock info" on each reminder. If you want that, make a lite "free" version with your ads. At the least, you need to offer an option to remove it. Other than that, great app

Agree with the last reviewer. Why the need for the useless wording of "lock info" in each category? Do away with that please. Hope to see some improvement soon.

Please remove the words "lock info" after every day in the lock screen. Otherwise, functions as advertised.

This app has a great idea. Unfortunately the app keeps crashing and its not reliable. It doesnt seem to have been updated much since months which is unexpected for a simple app like this. I will delete this app. Like I said it has a great idea but at this stage of its development its a waste of your money

This app does just what I want it to. Im not the first person to write this in a review, but I only wish it didnt say "Lock Info" at the top of each section. It ruins the otherwise aesthetically simple and uncluttered lox screen. Also, I wish that I could re-order the three sections. Right now, weather always appears at the top, but Id like to be able to put my reminders on top (so theyre the first thing my eye comes across).

The program is unpredictable and hard to figure out. Reminders come and go, you can check them as completed but the screen doesnt update. Unpredictable and clumsy. Why do they need location services, exactly? I dont want local weather- just a few little reminders that I can easily manage. There is ZERO customer support- an ancient Facebook page with no word from the developer in a year. And he has the nerve to charge $3 for this?

App does not work since the latest update. Please fix.

I am thankful that the event listing got extended to 28 days. Big improvement. However , I think having the words "Lock Info" on every event adds a very cluttered look and waste valuable screen space when have 10 events.

Weather doesnt pick up location and even in the constant update mode the app doesnt always show up on the lock screen. So far the only thing I wish is that I hadnt bought this app.

Apple needs to allow programmers to remove app titles from notifications. There is absolutely no need for it and it takes up too much space.

I agree with a number of other reviewers - this app does what it advertises very well (something strangely missing from IOS) but PLEASE elliminate the "lock info" tag that appears on EVERY grouping, looks UGLY, and takes up precious REAL ESTATE. One small change that would dramatically improve it.

Ripoff, set up per instructions and nothing on my lock screen. Would have been better off burning my money for warmth.

This app didnt do anything. It didnt work. Im not sure why, but I couldnt find any support documentation and it didnt work at all.
